This Privacy Policy explains how ZJIA Game ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Jadebound Oath (the "App").
Information We Collect
The App does not require an account, name, email address, or user-generated profile. Story progress and music settings are stored locally on your device.
If optional rewarded advertising is requested, our advertising partners may collect or receive device and network information needed to deliver, measure, protect, and limit ads. This can include device identifiers, IP address, device model, operating-system version, language, diagnostic information, and advertising interaction data. Depending on your location and consent choices, partners may also process information for personalized advertising.
Tracking and Advertising
The App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). You may deny or later change this permission in iOS Settings. Denying permission does not prevent you from playing the App; it may affect the relevance or availability of ads.
Rewarded ads are optional and are used only to offer an in-game continuation when an ad is available. Advertising services may include Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle, and InMobi. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may change according to the advertising configuration active for your region.
How Information Is Used
- To provide and operate optional rewarded advertising.
- To detect fraud, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To measure ad delivery and performance where permitted by law and your device settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information ourselves. When you request an optional rewarded ad, the relevant advertising and measurement providers may receive information as described above to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the App.
Data Retention
Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Advertising partners retain information according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law for personalized advertising. If the App is made available to children, advertising configuration and App Store age-rating disclosures will be adjusted before release.
Your Choices
You can reset local game data by deleting the App, control tracking permission in iOS Settings, and limit ad personalization through the privacy controls offered by Apple and applicable ad providers.
International Transfers
Advertising partners may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those transfers are governed by the safeguards and privacy practices of the relevant provider.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, its advertising configuration, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
